    By accessing or using Photo Booth Pal's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

    2. Services

    Photo Booth Pal provides digital photo booth rental services for events in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas. Specific service details, including pricing and features, are outlined in your individual service agreement or quote.

    3. Booking and Payments

    A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your event date. All payments are processed securely. Prices are subject to change, but will be locked in once a booking is confirmed.

    4. Rental Period and Equipment

    The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in your agreement. You are responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by misuse or negligence during the rental period.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    Photo Booth Pal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

    6. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
